MLS ACTION FIGURES BY BANDAI
These molded figures were produced by Bandai for Major League Soccer's first season, and came with a trading card produced by Upper Deck Company.

The player figures also came as a series of key chains. Other releases, in different sizes and with additional action were planned, but never produced.

The figures did not sell very well and have wound up deeply discounted at many toy and discount stores.

This is still a pretty neat set, one that probably won't be repeated for a while, since Bandai has dropped its MLS sponsorship.

The cards that came packaged with the figures feature a color action shot on the front, and a head shot and bio on the back. Neither the cards nor the figures are numbered.
